Terms & Conditions
By choosing to avail any services, product or resource from TLR, the user confirms that they are above 18 years of age and are not otherwise incompetent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and are legally allowed to take decisions of their own. The user also accepts and agrees to the Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) that will be in effect upon availing and continuing to use any resource, product or services on the TLR website and it will form an obligatory legal agreement between the user and TLR.
TLR reserves the right to add, modify or remove sections from the T&C at any point in time during the course of the agreement with no prior notice. Liability to review the T&C from time to time lies with the user. Continuation of the use of the platform after revision of the T&C will be deemed to be an acceptance of the revised terms.
Any user accessioning or purchasing any resource, product or service from TLR agrees that he/she shall abide by the following T&C:
- The use of services, products or resources offered by TLR shall not violate any applicable law or regulation or harm any person or entity, including the company that owns TLR;
- The use of services, products or resources offered by TLR is solely for personal and non-commercial use and the user shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of its website without express written consent of TLR;
- All information submitted by the user on TLR is truthful and accurate;
- [The user acknowledges that when they access a link that leaves the TLR website, the site the user enters into is not controlled by TLR and different terms of use and privacy policies may apply. By accessing links to other sites, the user acknowledges that TLR is not responsible for those sites.]
Termination of T&C
The user is entitled to terminate the T&C at any point provided all outstanding payments are settled, if applicable. TLR may also choose to terminate the T&C without citing a reason. Any payment receivable by TLR should be paid by the user in full within 90 days from such termination. Any refund receivable by the user will be processed by TLR as per our Payment and Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
The contents on the platform are for informational purposes only. TLR disclaims all liability to any person for any loss or damage caused by dependence on any part of the TLR website. TLR owns copyright on the contents of its website and no part of the content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without an express written permission from TLR. [Third-party content appearing on the platform is the property of their respective owners and TLR does not have any rights in relation to the same.]
Payment and Refund Policy
The user agrees to pay all applicable fees and charges upfront to TLR and also authorises them to automatically deduct any applicable charges from the payments made as and when any features are accessed on the TLR platform. The user also agrees to be responsible for any telephone charges and/ or internet service fees that may be incurred in accessing the services on the TLR platform.
TLR offers the user flexibility to:
- Reschedule the session;
- Cancel the session;
- Claim a refund on the cancelled session.
[The user will be entitled to one free rescheduling per package], if the rescheduling is done prior to 24 hours of the scheduled session. If the session is rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the user will be liable to book a new session and make any payment as applicable for the same.
The user can cancel the session and claim a full refund if the session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. No session refund shall be processed for any session cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
If the session is rescheduled or cancelled by the TLR Professional, the user will receive a session credit on their account, regardless of the time at which the cancellation was done. This session credit can be used within the validity period of the package to either book a new session or to claim a refund
Any refund can only be initiated on the unutilised part of the package of the user. Upon initiating a cancellation or refund request, the refund amount will be processed within a maximum period of [90 days].
TLR reserves the right to change any or all parts of payment and refund policy without notice or liability to the user or any third-party
